Q: How long is your response time?
A: We typically respond to our order forms within 24-48 hours.
Q: Do you offer pickup?
A: No, we do not currently offer pickup.
Q: How far do you ship?
A: We have just started shipping and are currently shipping only within the United States.
Q: Do you accept last minute orders?
A: Yes, we accept last minute orders 5-7 days before the intended date. Designs and flavors may be limited, however.
Q: What is the best way to contact you?
A: We have limited our contact methods due to the increased amount of spam. For our safety and benefit, we have limited our contact methods to order form only.
Q: Do you offer custom cakes? If I send you a picture, can you make the exact one?
A: All of our cakes and cupcakes are custom made. However, we have a reputation to uphold and will not replicate any designs out of respect for other bakers. But, we will use your photo as a reference. It will come out similar but not exact.
Q: How much do you charge for this cake?
A: Each custom cake order is unique in its entirety. We’re more than happy to price cakes for serious customers. However, pricing orders interrupt our busy schedules. Please refrain from contacting us if you are shopping around or comparing prices.
Q: Do you offer dairy free cake?
A: Yes, but our flavors are limited. When you are filling out our order form, please specify that you are dairy free.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Select “Order here” from the main menu, and fill out the form.
Q: Where are you located? Do you offer delivery?
A: Marion, Arkansas but we service the nearby areas of West Memphis, AR, Memphis, TN, Germantown, TN, and Southaven, MS. We offer delivery to the areas that we service.
